Prohibited Goods, Services and Content on ReloSale

This Prohibited Goods, Services and Content Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the categories of goods, services, materials and actions that are prohibited or restricted on the ReloSale platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "ReloSale").

The Policy applies to all forms of use of the Platform, including:

• listings (texts, titles, descriptions, attributes);
• user profiles;
• photographs, videos, documents and other uploaded materials;
• correspondence between users through built-in communication tools;
• advertising placements and promotion;
• reviews, comments, replies;
• any other forms of use of the Platform's functionality.

Before posting any content, the user must ensure that their materials:

• do not violate this Policy;
• do not violate applicable law;
• do not infringe the rights of third parties;
• do not create threats to safety, health, morality or public order.

Even if a specific category is not expressly named in this Policy, ReloSale reserves the right to restrict or prohibit the posting of materials that, by their nature, context or consequences, are contrary to the spirit of this Policy, applicable law or the standards of fair use of the Platform.

It is prohibited on the Platform to post, search for, promote, sell, buy, lease, rent, advertise or otherwise offer:

• goods and services the circulation of which is prohibited by law;
• goods and services the circulation of which is restricted and requires a licence, permit, certificate or other document, if the user does not hold such documents;
• schemes, offers and services aimed at fraud, deception, money laundering or other unlawful activities;
• materials that infringe the rights of third parties, public morality, safety or legal requirements.

It is prohibited to post listings for the sale, purchase, exchange, rental, transfer or search of:

• firearms, their parts, components, magazines, bolts, barrels, frames, sights;
• ammunition, cartridges, casings, primers, gunpowder and other loading components;
• explosives, pyrotechnic devices (except consumer fireworks where permitted by local law), detonators, fuses;
• homemade weapons, 3D weapon models, instructions for manufacturing weapons or ammunition;
• edged weapons, stun guns, pepper sprays and other self-defence devices, if their circulation is restricted in the relevant jurisdiction;
• military equipment, military gear, body armour, night-vision devices and other special equipment;
• items intended for causing harm, illegal entry, surveillance or other unlawful activities.

It is prohibited to:

• offer, search for, or advertise narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues, precursors, new psychoactive substances (NPS), as well as any items, devices or instructions for their manufacture, use or distribution;
• post listings for the sale of prescription medicines without proof of an appropriate licence;
• offer dietary supplements, medical devices, diagnostic products or cosmetic products with medical claims without proof of the required permits;
• offer medical procedures, services or consultations without proof of a licence or qualifications;
• claim miraculous properties, guaranteed cures or unsubstantiated treatment results.

The Platform may remove listings even in cases where a product is formally legal but its placement creates risks to the health and safety of users.

It is prohibited on the Platform to post listings for the sale, purchase, exchange or advertising of:

• alcoholic products (including beer, wine, spirits, cocktails);
• tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, chewing tobacco, snus);
• electronic cigarettes, vapes, heated tobacco systems (IQOS and analogues), disposable e-cigarettes;
• nicotine-containing products (vape liquids, nicotine patches, pouches, lozenges);
• accessories for prohibited products (hookahs, mouthpieces, coals, vaporisers), if the main product is prohibited.

It is prohibited to:

• offer currency exchange, money transfers, financial intermediation without proof of a licence;
• post listings for cash-out services, P2P arbitrage, fund withdrawal schemes, cash-to-crypto exchange;
• sell, buy or transfer bank cards, bank accounts, e-wallets, SIM cards for banking operations;
• offer securities, forex, CFDs, options, futures or investment advice without the appropriate authorisation;
• advertise cryptocurrency, NFTs, tokens, mining, ICO/IDO/IEO without the appropriate authorisation;
• offer participation in financial pyramids, MLM schemes, "quick money" schemes, "passive income without investment" schemes.

The Platform may restrict postings even in cases where a service is formally legal in a particular jurisdiction but creates systemic risks for users.

It is prohibited to post listings for the sale, purchase, manufacture, forgery or search of:

• passports, identity cards, visas, residence permits, work permits and other documents certifying identity or legal status;
• forged, falsified, altered or invalid documents;
• diplomas, certificates, licences, medical certificates, attestation documents and other documents of education, qualifications or health status;
• SIM cards as a standalone product (except where expressly permitted by Platform rules);
• databases containing contact information or personal data;
• sensitive data of third parties (medical, financial, biometric, judicial data).

It is also prohibited to request documents, data or means of identification from other users through listings or correspondence on the Platform.

It is prohibited to:

• post fictitious, joke or knowingly false listings;
• use the Platform for phishing, data harvesting or fraudulent schemes;
• post bait ads that do not correspond to the actual offer;
• offer schemes involving advance payments or prepayments without a real product or service;
• offer services for inflating metrics, bypassing blocks, circumventing bans on the Platform or other platforms;
• use listings for covert lead generation or traffic redirection;
• redirect users to external channels, messengers or websites for the purpose of actions that create fraud risks.

It is prohibited to:

• sell, offer or advertise counterfeit products, replicas, fakes, goods infringing trademarks;
• distribute pirated software, cracked programs, activation keys without a licence;
• resell digital content, accounts or subscriptions in violation of the rights holders' terms of use;
• offer means of circumventing DRM or copyright protection systems;
• use other people's photographs, texts or materials without the permission of the rights holder.

The Platform responds to substantiated complaints from rights holders and may remove content or restrict an account on the basis of such a complaint.

It is prohibited to:

• distribute malicious software (viruses, trojans, spyware, ransomware);
• offer services for hacking accounts, systems, networks or devices;
• sell or offer tools for unauthorised access (exploit kits, keyloggers, RATs);
• offer services for jailbreaking, bypassing protection or unlocking devices in violation of law;
• offer VPNs, proxies or anonymisers for the purpose of circumventing legal restrictions or committing unlawful acts.

It is prohibited to:

• offer prostitution, escort or intimate services;
• post pornographic content or sexually explicit materials;
• post content related to exploitation, coercion or human trafficking;
• offer dating services, marriage agencies or sugar-dating arrangements (except where expressly permitted by Platform rules);
• post any content related to the sexual exploitation of minors.

Materials in this category are subject to immediate removal. The Platform reserves the right to report identified violations to the competent authorities.

It is prohibited to:

• sell or offer animals in violation of law;
• sell, buy or offer wild, exotic, protected or rare animals listed in the Red Book or protected under the CITES convention;
• offer animal parts (skins, tusks, horns, ivory), taxidermy, trophies, products from protected species;
• offer breeding, mating or offspring sale services in violation of veterinary legislation;
• offer biological materials, human organs, tissues or remains.

It is prohibited to:

• offer toxic, radioactive, hazardous or flammable substances;
• sell chemicals the circulation of which is restricted by law;
• offer precursors for the manufacture of drugs or explosives;
• publish instructions for the manufacture of dangerous substances, devices or materials.

Listings for the following services are permitted only with confirmed status, licence or qualifications:

• legal services, immigration consultations;
• medical services, psychological consultations;
• financial consultations, accounting services, auditing;
• recruiting, employment, personnel selection;
• construction and repair work (in jurisdictions where a licence is required);
• real estate brokerage, intermediation in property transactions (in jurisdictions where a licence is required).

The Platform may request proof of a licence, certificate or other authorisation document and restrict posting until such proof is provided.

It is prohibited to:

• post job vacancies without a real employer, a real position and a description of conditions;
• offer participation in MLM schemes, "pay-to-work" schemes, paid courses disguised as employment;
• post vacancies related to money laundering, registration of documents on behalf of third parties, drop schemes or other unlawful activities;
• post discriminatory offers (by gender, age, race, nationality, religion, disability), if prohibited by applicable law;
• offer exploitative working conditions, unpaid work (except volunteering), conditions that violate labour law.

It is prohibited to:

• resell tickets for events, transport or attractions, if resale is prohibited by law or by the organiser's terms;
• resell hotel bookings, airline tickets or restaurant reservations, if this is contrary to the service provider's terms.

It is prohibited or restricted to post listings for:

• commercially produced food products without information on composition, expiry date and storage conditions;
• homemade food products (unless separately permitted by Platform rules);
• beverages requiring special storage conditions;
• goods requiring compliance with temperature regimes, sanitary, veterinary or phytosanitary standards;
• goods with a short shelf life that create risks during delivery;
• goods requiring special transportation conditions (refrigeration, freezing).

It is prohibited to post content that:

• violates the law;
• contains insults, discrimination, hate speech or incitement to hatred on the grounds of race, gender, nationality, religion, sexual orientation or disability;
• promotes violence, extremism or terrorism;
• contains shocking images or graphic scenes of cruelty;
• violates the right to privacy;
• contains personal data of third parties without their consent;
• constitutes spam, hidden advertising, fake reviews or political campaigning.

It is prohibited to:

• disguise prohibited goods or services as permitted categories;
• use code words, euphemisms or slang to denote prohibited items or actions;
• place prohibited information in photographs, QR codes or watermarks;
• arrange prohibited transactions after establishing initial contact through the Platform;
• redirect users to external channels for the purpose of carrying out prohibited activities.

Even if the text of a listing appears formally acceptable, the Platform may restrict or block an account if signs of rule circumvention are detected.

Upon detecting a violation of this Policy, ReloSale may apply one or more of the following measures:

• reject a listing at the moderation stage;
• remove a listing or content;
• hide part of the content (photographs, description, contact details);
• restrict the display of a listing in search and recommendations;
• prohibit posting in a specific category;
• restrict access to communication tools (chat, messages);
• disable paid promotion;
• cancel bonuses, promo codes and accumulated privileges;
• temporarily or permanently block an account;
• request documents proving the legality of the activity;
• report the violation to the competent authorities.

When selecting measures, ReloSale takes into account: complaints from other users, account history, behavioural patterns, repeat violations, the degree of risk to other users and the reputation of the Platform.

If a listing has been removed or an account has been blocked due to a violation of this Policy, paid services (promotion, highlighting, placement) are not refundable if they have already been provided, except where a mandatory refund is required by applicable law.

The user has the right to appeal a decision to remove a listing, restrict or block an account by contacting the Platform's support service.

The Platform reviews appeals and may reconsider a decision. However, ReloSale reserves the right to uphold a previously taken decision if it considers that the risks to users, the Platform or third parties remain significant.

ReloSale may amend this Policy at any time. The current version is published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
